Welcome to the Interlochen HOA website. Nestled in Winter Haven, FL, the “Chain of Lakes City,” our community of 79 single family homes is minutes away from Lego Land, Bok Gardens, and other Polk County attractions. We attempt to uphold the highest community standards and adherence to our covenants, as well as local and state laws. Our seven board members work tirelessly, along with our management company, to maintain a community that reflects the charm and sense of community that makes our owners proud to call Interlochen and the Gardens of Interlochen home.

Rodney has nearly 20 years of HOA board experience and has been a licensed CAM since 2017. Good Help operates Monday – Friday (except holidays) between 9am and 4:30pm. We strive to return all messages within one business day. Our duties include board management, financial processing, covenant enforcement and customer service to our owners and tenants
